Research On Aging Population Life Quality In Hangzhou City

China belongs to the country with the most aging population all over the world, which steped into aging sociaty by the end of last century. At present, the aging process is accelerated, social issues of the aging population consequently bacome more and more severity. In recent years, with the economy rapidly development and lovel of life quality improvement, aging population life quality got big progress in Hangzhou city. However, there were still some issues affecting aging population life quality in Hangzhou city. How to enhance researches on aging population life quality, consummate policies concerning aging population, and advance aging population life quality were agenda to fulfil Scientific Outlook on Development, as well as to build on and share Life Quality City.The research was carried out based on theories of economics, sociology etc. to stretch forward meaning of aging population life quality, and sample survey to deeply analyse status quo of aging population life quality in Hangzhou city, then brought forward measures and suggestions to deal with the problems of aging population life quality. The research was classified into four parts. Firstly, background was illustrated through analysing and surmarizing domestic and overseas relative research materials and key concept meaning explanation, then brought forward research methologies. Secondly, four characteristics and six issues were concluded by means of demonstrating analysis of aging population substance, civilization, health, sociaty etc. based on survey data analysis, as well as balance analysis between urban and countryside aging population, the results were concluded that elder in countryside, senility old people, female old people need to be paid more attention. Thirdly, advance thoughts and available methods of improving aging population life quality were introduced, summerized and adopted by means of reviewing experiences of developed countries to ameliorate work effectiveness and perfect measures and policies in China. Fourthly, according to the issues of aging population life quality in Hangzhou city, discribed in part 2 and 3, six important exerting directions (including economy guarantee, body and mind health, spirit civilization, habitation, attach to sociaty, maintain right services etc.) and six measures (including developing aging industry, enlarging services, strengthening researches etc.) were innovately brought forward.
