Boy Scouts in China came from Western Europe and Northern America. The period of Boy Scouts in China except Taiwang was from 1912 to 1949, when China changed little by little from tradition to modern. After Kuomintang formed National Government in Guangdong province in 1926, it suggested that all organizations on Boy Scouts should be led by it. Kuomintang found National Government in Nanjing in 1927, which made it had a basic ability to manage the education on Boy Scouts in China, and the process of Boy Scouts Chinalized began to become quick.Dai Jitao was not only a statesman concerned education from Kuomintang, but also a main leader of the cause of the education on Boy Scouts. He advocated the education, and thought that it improved Chinese quality, which could save China. He had devoted himself to the education for over 23 years. He formed his own theory by digesting western educational principal and guiding on Boy Scouts and creating. His theory played an important part in forming the same rules on Boy Scouts education in China.Dai Jitao's thoughts on Boy Scouts education was very various, including traditional morality from China, principals of Kuomintang, educational principal and guiding on western Boy Scouts education and so on. His thoughts on Boy Scouts education was an important part of his whole education thoughts, and reflected partly his whole education thoughts.
