The poor minority villages'education is an important reality problem in our country, which is a weak link in our education system. The author believes that we should pay more attention to the poor minority villages'education and the education in the mountains to improve the current situation in those places.The author interviewed 16 persons in Rongshui Miao Nationality Autonomous County, who are native livers or from other places, including teachers,village teachers,students,parents, and other related persons, such as families,relatives,friends and neighborhood. On the other hand, the interview resources are not enough for the poor minority villages'education. And in order to make up for a deficiency for some questions, the research also uses document research method to analyze the related report and other researches. The research shows the targets'experience,evaluation and reflection for educational contents,alleviating burdens,college entrance exam and college dreams. It analyzes the interactive between education and the poor minority villages, and investigates that the education should have particularity in those places.The research results are showed from the following aspects:1. According to"modern equals city","tradition equals village","modern is superior of tradition", our text books in contents are near the students'life in city , and are far away from the students'life in the poor minority villages.2. Social reality makes the students from the poor minority villages work hard to get the reward from our country, which is to leave the mountains and go into the cities. In the elitism education system, an examination decides a student's future, so academic record is the only factor to decide one's fate. The students from the poor minority villages couldn't get benefit from education for all-around development and alleviating burdens, which even get negative evaluation. 3. The students in the poor minority villages believe that learning is to enter a college and they could leave the mountains. Under this condition, the educational aim in those places is to transport talented persons to cities. At the same time, the education's function in the poor minority villages is to train qualified erectors. But the problems existing in the education make the function lose. And those parents and students without hope to enter into colleges lost their interests in education.4. Based on social reality and educational current situation, the education in the poor minority villages became utilitarianism obviously. It is showed in the following aspects: one is that the peasants in the poor minority villages respect education, especially examination-oriented education system; the other is that some people begin to believe learning is worthless. The students'futures decide the education in those places would trend to which aspect.The research is a qualitative one, so its aim is not to propose universal educational disciplines. The theories are built step by step. The readers could find meanings, could think, and could get some reflections.
