Era of knowledge economy call for high-level innovative talents, Cultivating and fostering talent not only,but is the essence of the reform and development of colleges and universities,is the foundation of prosperity and development of our country.Therefore,it is increasingly prominent to fostering graduate's innovation ability. It is well known, ,our graduate education is far behind in the aspect of fostering innovative ability compared to the developed country. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region lies in the western of China, due to geographical and economic differences, and compared to top colleges and universities in China's developed cities , the foundation of higher education of guangxi is weak.There is still a big gap on the quality of graduate's innovation ability, which will limit graduate's development in guangxi .Therefore,to culture the high-level innovative talents who needs and service to China and Guangxi's economic and social development is an era subject of great significance of Guangxi graduate education in the new century.The research started from the status quo of Graduates innovation ability in colleges and universities of guangxi with this background, and then to systematic understanding of the ways of the current culture of Guangxi University Graduate innovation ability, and into in-depth analysis of many constraints which Guangxi University face in training graduate innovative ability .The thesis analyzes roots from such many angles as the Guangxi graduate students source, Master's mentor, the courses and teachings of postgraduate, scientific research and funding of the masters, as well as scientific research and innovation atmosphere in colleges and universities. The author also attempts to find out some countermeasures to smooth the cultivation of postgraduate innovative ability and makes some contributes to improve the quality of the training of the graduate's innovation ability in guangxi universities.The article is divided into four parts:The first chapter analyzes and presentes some theoretical, empirical research literature on Master's innovation ability in the University.The part also proposed methods and the basic principles to be followed of the thesis research, and explained on graduate innovate ability related to the concept and theoretical and the basis of culture.Chapter II comprehensly analyzes current states of graduate innovative ability in Guangxi University in interviews and the survey data obtained by SPSS10.0 software.Its conclusion shows low graduate innovation ability in Guangxi Universsity.Chapter III continues to analyze five major constraining factors of graduater's innovation ability in Guangxi University basea on the analysis of the status quo: graduate students source, graduate's Tutor team , graduate's courses and teaching, graduate's subjects research and funding and innovation atmosphere in colleges and universities i,using SPSS10.0 software on the survey data obtained from interviews.Chapter IV proposed countermeasures of the cultivation of graduate's innovative ablity in Guangxi University. The thesis proposed to improve the quality of the constructive measures from graduate's management system, graduate's instructors and teaching, graduate's e research and research funding as well as innovative cultural atmosphere in colleges and universities.
