Schools Aiding Vietnam in Guangxi which were a series of schools founded in China during the two wars(20Centrury 50-70s) in Vietnam with the help of PRC are a general term .It includes Nanning Yucai School, Guilin Yucai School, Special School for Vietnamese to Learn Chinese and September 2 School, etc.These schools have raised thousands of revolution and construction reserve talents for Vietnam,and have important influence in Vietnam historical development as well as in the Chinese and Vietnamese relational vicissitude. Schools Aiding Vietnam are the centralism manifests of the Chinese and Vietnamese two parties two people's traditional friendship and and bear the great fruit.The foundation of Aiding Vietnam School shows that the relations between Chinese and Vietnamese are close, Chinese assistance to Vietnam is multidimensional, not only in economic, military,but also in literacy aid. Due to the implementation of the correct personnel training mode,they make brilliant achievements, they cultivate "Yucai spirit", "quality of Guilin" which are called Vietnam modern education the model.The writer Reorganizes the background of Schools Aiding Vietnam in Guangxi ,School process , School characteristics and achievements in this article according to the information recorded about Nanning Yucai School, Guilin Yucai School, Special School for Vietnamese to Learn Chinese in Guangxi Archive, recorded about September 2 School in Guilin Archive, recorded about the anti-France and anti-US wars in the Vietnam National Library,and the information about Oral traditions material,pictures, correspondence which the writer got from some Chinese staffs in Schools Aiding Vietnam , Vietnam-China Friendship Association, the Vietnam Guilin Co. Ltd., the graduates of Guilin Yucai School by interviewing. Based on this ,the writer analyzes the causes of "quality of Guilin","Yucai spirit"formation on Schools Aiding Vietnam students,and thinks about the impact what these graduates reflect on the development of relations between China and Vietnam the recovery of the Sino-Vietnamese.The article structure mainly includes the foreword, the main text and the conclusion.It believes: Vietnam organized the schools to the Chinese hinterland under the bad war conditions,and raised the backbones for revolution and construction. This is an unprecedented undertaking.The aim of personnel training for Schools Aiding Vietnam is clear. School mentality, teaching management, course creation, teaching mode obey the education policy which is made by The Vietnam Ministry of Education, with the assistance of the Chinese staffs,they have made their own characteristics,launched a comprehensive education to the students and trained thousands of talents for Vietnam. Vietnam today's development and the contribution of these graduates are inseparable."Yucai spirit"and "Guilin quality"are produced in this unique mode of producing "Yucai spirit", "Guilin quality", this can be called "name card"of Schools Aiding Vietnam. This is also the most important reason for Schools Aiding Vietnam to make tremendous achievements this part is the innovation spot of the article .The schools encountered some difficulties in the school process, during overcoming the difficult ies"Yucai spirit"and "Guilin quality"also were able to be molded.The graduates of the schools return to domestic with "Yucai spirit", "Guilin quality",and play an irreplaceable role on all fronts. Particularly,after the recovery of Sino-Vietnamese relations, they established social groups like"Yucai Students Association"etc.They seek roots initiatively, strengthen the exchanges and cooperation with Guangxi,they promote the friendly relations between the Chinese and Vietnamese diligently,and display the important bridge and the platform function in expanding region cooperation, the development of the pan-Beibu Gulf, deepening the contact between China and ASEAN.The research technique of this article takes the Marxism historical materialism as the instruction, focuses on the history of Schools Aiding Vietnam and realistic function.The article uses the vertical and horizontal research methods,lauching the research of Schools Aiding Vietnam may let us further our understanding of the mutual relationship and the international environment of both countries at that time.The changes in the international situation also affect the development of relations between China and Vietnam. Study Schools Aiding Vietnam deeply, learn the wisdom from the history and aim at the development trend of the current pan-Beibu Bay to propose the scientific countermeasure, provide some beneficial references on how to display graduates'realistic function.better. It helps to strengthen the friendship of both countries and the stability and the cooperation of the pan-Beibu Gulf rim.
