Cultivating the creative thinking is the need of the development of the nation, and especially the need of the current curricula innovation. In the process of education to students, we always emphasize quality education and pay attention to train the students'ability of innovation. But in the actual work of teaching we mostly strengthen knowledge instruction to students. The investigation of creating thinking education to students is mostly on the theoretical lay. There are a few researches on the practice teaching in classroom. In the process of creating thinking education to students, if we make the teaching deviate from the classroom, then the teaching is inanition.The text summarized the previous production of teaching research. I have analyzed theories of the previous scholar and I have made the investigation, which in the goal of training students'creative thinking in physics classroom teaching. In the designs of teaching I used different teaching model in different style instruction. Basing on the test result, I carried on the analysis and the appraisal to the educational model of creative thinking, and put forward the proposal and suggestions.The creative thinking in physics, which has the original, and agile, and all-around characteristics, is a compound of image thinking, logical thinking and intuition thinking, and is a process from logical thinking to illogical thinking and finally returns to logical thinking, and is a dialectic unification process of divergent thinking and convergent thinking. The law in enhancing the students'ability in physics and the ability in acclimating themselves to the physiological changing, the orderliness of faculty cultivating in the whole physics teaching process, and the rule of ability cultivating in physics independent from the essential physics knowledge, all of the three form the law of the basic ability cultivating in physics. The ingredients that affect the cultivating creating thinking are comprised of the conception of education, and the professional level of the teachers, and so on. The measure we can take to cultivate the students'creating thinking is as follows: opening the mind, association of ideas, polycentric attention, analogism, overcoming the strain, brain storm, and mental security etc.In the physics classroom teaching, creative thinking should be adapt to the principles including: democracy, equality, relaxed and harmonious, a principle of openness, a principle of exploration, a principle of delayed assessment, a principle of all-round development, a principle of individuation, a principle of investigation and the modern scientific and technological knowledge in close contact principle.There is no fixed mode aimed at cultivating the creative thinking in the teaching process. The teaching mode which obeys the law of fostering creative thinking all can be considered the teaching mode of the creative thinking, and different teaching process requests the teachers adopt different teaching modes. Therefore, designing different teaching modes according to the teaching content and character is also a request of the teaching process in cultivating the creative thinking. Physics teaching can be divided into three types of new teaching, laboratory teaching and exercises teaching in accordance with the content and character. I have Established the physical situation in the new practice of teaching, stimulated the student creative thinking, and paid more attention to the rule of the forming process, so as to cause the student to comprehend the innovation method; To train the students'creative thinking ability, I Utilized the analogy induction and got multi-solution for one subject in the exercise teaching; In the experiment teaching, I have analyzed the experiment teaching flow and carried on practice of the experiment teaching. And three types of teaching have their own characteristics, so classification modeling study is very necessary.In physics teaching practice of classroom instruction, which to raise the students'creative thinking, I mainly carried on the test for raising physical creative thinking ability and made interviews to investigate the result about the physical creative thinking ability. Teaching practice shows that classification modeling teaching model can effectively raise the level of creative thinking of the students. The conclusion of the experimental study is that the current teaching is not doing good enough to train creative thinking of students; the levels of creative thinking of students need to be improved; Classification model teaching has a positive correlation with the academic performance of students, and it can improve creative thinking of students and it can also produce different effects on various students, especially effective to the students of high and middle level.
