The training of creative thinking is the need of our country's development, the need of improving all people's quality and the need of the curriculum's reformation as well. In the classroom teaching of physics in high school, it is of great value and realistic significance to construct a creative pattern so as to develop the creative thinking of the students. The emphasis of creative thinking in physics teaching in high school should be put on the training of three basic forms as intuitional thinking, thinking in images and logical thinking and two fundamental patterns as dispersing thinking and concentrated thinking. To improve the creative thinking in physics refers to the profundity, the flexibility, the criticalness and agility of thinking.When reflecting the educational reality, it is thought quite necessary to change the teaching notions and reformation of the traditional pattern has to be undertaken so as to establish a creative teaching pattern of physics teaching in high school and much importance should be attached to the training of students' creative thinking. Creativeness is the highest form of problem solving. The theoretical basis of establishing a creative thinking training pattern in high school physics class consists of constructivism theory, problem-solving theory and creative psychology,etc.To develop students' sense of problem is the basis of students' creative thinking training, to form proper problem case is the key and the process of problem solving is the important way to achieve it. Establishing different problem groups according to different lessons and teaching purposes can stimulate students' interest greatly so as to develop their creative thinking.Through the practical study of creative thinking training, the teaching flow of new lesson, exercises part and experiment class is discussed. The new lesson can be carried out by way of "revision-supposed questions-problem analysis-problemexploring-summary-strengthening"; the exercises part can be done in the pattern as "exercises-giving-problem-reading and thinking-attempt of solving-discussion-summary" while the experiment lesson by way of "experiment situation giving - question introduction-students' guessing and proposal - supposed experiment design - experiment test -data analysis and conclusion". As it is shown in the questionnaire, there is remarkable difference between the test class and control group. The final examination scores of the second term of grade one showed that the training of students' creative thinking promoted their achievement. The interview showed that students benefited a lot from teaching with physical problems. Therefore, a conclusion can be drawn: classroom teaching carried out in the pattern of physical problem can raised students' creative thinking.
