Enterprise Leading: The Study On Combination Of Working And Learning Personnel Training Mode In Vocational Education

In the 21 century, with the development of knowledge economic and hi-technology as well as the change of economy system and industry construction. It is urgently for every kind of applicable, technical, skilled, which could engaged in the production, technology, management or service area. From the view of marketing, although our country has a large population, we can not ignore the situation that quality of the workers are poor, and we are lack of the workers who have enough qualities vocational experience. So how to change this heavy burden into HR, the development of Vocational Education meat a new opportunity and challenge in educate this kind of people.Undoubtedly, after PRC established, especially since carrying out reform and open policy, Vocational Education have got a rapid progress and have made a big contribution to the modernization construction, but it also has been stuck by the problems that the condition of running a school, the mode of education, employment rate in this period, who should promote enterprises to join in Vocational Education and play a key role in the mode of Combination of Working and Learning.This paper focus on three aspects of combination of working and learning personnel training mode in vocational education. First of all, through the combination of working and learning personnel training there and the drawbacks of the enterprise leading model of personnel training with the appropriateness of the enterprise leading combination of working and learning of personnel training and social development level of China's vocational education personnel training mode; Secondly, the study to Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, represented by the developed countries enterprises to participate in vocational education and the development of the model development characteristics, summed up the enterprise in developed countries to participate in vocational education model experience, for the building of the China-based enterprises combining personnel training model provides a useful reference Finally, the crux of the paper is part of the three aspects of China's enterprise-based China Construction Engineering Training with the model put forward thinking and recommendations.
