| In recent years,higher vocational education in China has been vigorously developing,the rapid growth of the number of college students,employment issues resulting has caused widespread concern in society.Whether the graduates of higher vocational colleges can obtain employment is not only closely related to the interests of each student and their families,but also directly affects the stability of the school and the society.Improve students’ employment rate has become an important goal of higher vocational colleges,Vocational Training Students Employment Ability of Vocational College Students become to solve the employment problem lies.In the culture of higher vocational education in order to highlight the characteristics of vocational students practice ability,we understand more clearly the work and study of higher vocational education as a training model,it is the practice of vocational students the ability to effectively and advanced a way to cultivate,but also the healthy development of vocational education and security needs.This teaching model will be a good learning and practical skills of students combine theoretical knowledge,students precipitation theoretical knowledge,practical training in schools through teaching and internships process in the enterprise,to strengthen Practical training capacities,thereby enhancing their employability.However,due to the relevant institution of higher vocational education mode combining engineering construction is still not perfect,the government and related industries for policy support and Higher Colleges of insufficient capital investment and other factors,led to the practical skills of vocational students are not well improve.In view of the problems and difficulties of higher vocational colleges when students employability faced,this paper discusses how to implement and use engineering binding mode to develop and enhance the employability of vocational students.By the definition of related concepts,describes the meaning of vocational education,work and study and employability;then analyzes the status quo by M Vocational College Students’ Employment Ability and problems,on this basis,were based on the business needs of students employability model,in order to better be able to carry out vocational student employability analysis,this study college students’ employability and business needs of convergence,explore the employability of students formed elements,build employability model for higher vocational colleges employability Training measures and development path reference.In this study,first of all an open questionnaire,the relevant enterprise personnel,personnel center and employment guidance teacher,vocational college students interviewed three different perspectives,to extract all aspects of behavior of college students employment ability,psychological characteristics,further confirmed by experts,while drawing on a large number of domestic and foreign literature on the basis of the establishment of a theoretical model.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions Vocational Students Employment Ability,from various angles schools,students,business and government sectors to explore how to take full advantage of combining learning with models to develop vocational students’ employability. |
