In recent years, Guangdong Puning Vocational School, as one of the first batch of national key demonstration occupation schools, has achieved results in formulating an educational mode combining learning with working, partly by adopting foreign experience. In today's society,the rapid developing industries set an increasingly higher threshold for accounting graduates of vocational schools,already beyond the existing mode of many vocational schools. In order to be better qualified and cultivate skilled talents that meet the market demands, it is crucial to develop a educational mode in line with the development of schools and students.From the pedagogy perspective, this paper explored the educational mode combining learning with working suitable for the development of accounting profession in Guangdong Puning Vocational School, based on the author's teaching experience in the school and a comparative study of similar practical teaching modes in vocational schools at home and abroad. It discussed in detail from the teaching objectives,curriculum, the application of modern educational technology to the training of"double-professionally-titled teachers" and the construction of training bases and training facilities. Then it analyzed the problems in the existing mode of the school in four aspects, including the professional teaching mode and industry demands, the structure of"double-professionally-titled" teachers,the application of modern educational technology in class and the performance evaluation of students, , so as to improve teaching and cultivate students with comprehensive quality to meet the needs of the evolving industries. The paper also gave advice on the revision of professional standards, training of "double-professionally-titled" teachers, application of a variety of modern educational technology and the use of diversified evaluation mechanism for students,aiming to reform and innovate the educational mode combining learning with working in Guangdong Puning Vocational School and achieve a triple win for the school, students,and business.
