As we all know the track and field curriculum is the elementary project of our sports teaching. Along with ordinary higher sports colleges' and universities' educational in-depth reform, until now the quality of track and field technology curriculum teaching has made a great progress. However according to the investigation, the reform of most of higher sports colleges' and universities' track and field technology curriculum education has not achieved the effect which we expected. The reasons are varied, but the most important one is because the teaching method of track and field technology curriculum is too unitary.Nowadays, in the track and field technology class, what the teacher mostly used is still the traditional teaching method. For example, some teachers take the language as the media of the teaching method: The teacher explains the tips of the technical movement through the language, and give models personally with body language for the student. Also with the help of the wall map or the picture, students can see the correct technical movement clearly, so that the student can form the representation of the correct technical movement in the brain. Some take the ordinary teaching tool as the teaching means: The teacher uses the ordinary teaching equipment like high-jump bar, the makers, the homemade textbooks, to Traces Gao Qi and so on to help the student to carry on the auxiliary practice and help the student to grasp what they have learned more rapidly, more relaxed and even better. Undoubted, these traditional teaching methods can help the teacher complete Teaching content very well and help the student to grasp the basic movement skill of each track and field project. At present, the traditional teaching method still plays an important role in the track and field technology class teaching. But according to the trends of development, the modern teaching techniques method can enable the course content to arrive from two to three-dimensional, from static to the movement, from the text to the sound and the image. In this way, teachers can greatly increase the initiative and interesting of the teaching, as well. And greatly mobilizes the enthusiasm of students. The use of computers and multi-media teaching make sports teaching a profound change. It can cultivate the students' abilities of acquiring knowledge, using knowledge and the ability to deal with the knowledge. It can create a Virtual Class, which brings a breakthrough to the teaching. Because of rarely use of modern teaching methods, this research proposes a set of practical and effective digital sports teaching and training of rapid diagnostic feedback system. Teaching experiments proved that this system can help students master technology moves' essentials faster and to improve their academic performance, and to develop students' abilities of observing, analysising and solving problems, thereby enhance students' learning skills, to grasp the movement technology better and improve the teaching effect. At the same time, it can help the young teacher to sharpen teaching faculties and improve the teaching level.This article has applied the literature material method, the contrast cut-and-try method, the survey procedure and the average data method. We carried on a 7-week- experiment about hurdles and long jump teaching and technology teaching with the students from Sports Institute of the Hebei Normal University Physical Education. They are from four different classes (two male classes, two female classes), in a total of eight classes. Also all of them have been studied here since 2006 or 2007. After the experiment, we carried on a survey about their movement result, and invited three track and field teaching experts from Hebei Normal university to give the allocation through the teaching feedback video frequency to students' technical result. And the movement result refers to the time of male students 110 meters to jump a hurdle runs of 2006 levels and the female student 100 meters jumps a hurdle runs the time result; Sports education specialized 07 level of long jump result; The technical result refers to jumps a hurdle runs in the technology to start running to the first fence technology, the fence between the technology and the fence runs the technology; In the long jump technology squats the type long jump technology and boldly thrusts forward the type long jump technology. Finally the statistical contrast between students' movement result and the technical result proved that it can greatly improve the quality of teaching result and teacher's teaching level as much as possible to use the modern teaching techniques method in the track and field technology curriculum.The result of the seven-week- experiment with the students from two different grades showed that: The experimental class obviously surpassed the comparison class, either in the technical evaluation or in the movement performance test, and the teaching effect demonstrates the significance difference. What's more? The questionnaire survey result of the experimental class students further explains the feasibility of the digital real-time physical education training feedback system to improve our diagnosis teaching. The track and field technology teaching the digitized sports teaching training real-time fast diagnosis feedback system has fully displayed the modernized teaching media superiority, also it keeps up with the social science and technology development, as well as the direction of development of the track and field teaching.Therefore we can see it can help the students to see their own actions with their own eyes to use the immediate feedback through the digitized sports teaching training real-time fast diagnosis feedback system during the teaching process of the track and field technology class, then they can find out their own mistakes easily. This will help the students to prompt actively think of the reasons for their own initiative moves, and correct the actions in time and improve the efficiency of the class. At the same time, the use of this system can be a targeted teaching guide in students' learning and improve the quality of our teaching.
