To make an analysis aiming at Teaching Status of Track and Field obligatory course in Physical Education and situation of teaching skills training in Physical Education in China. At the same time explore the problems of Physical Education in China that be needed analyzed. Try to mix the training of teaching skills into the teaching of the Track and Field Course in order to make the Track and Field Course improve physical education majors. Through the law of Literature, questionnaire, interview, experiment, statistical method, fuzzy mathematics design and test the training program for teaching skills of Athletics and Physical Education Students in the junior stage.That:(1) Using the law of literature to count and analysis the status of Chinese obligatory course teaching in this stage. It carried out the four basic characteristics, obligatory courses did not attach importance to the cultivation of students’ teaching skills, and ignored the vocational skills training as a PE teacher. It was so late as not argeted training the teaching skills for student. And it was not enough that did them only training the teaching skills when close to the final graduation practice. Most of the teachers lacked of the theory of the teaching skills in professional sports. And then they need to strengthen the study of the theory of teaching skills.②According to the teaching objectives of Physical Education in obligatory Course, to design a training program that is applied on the teaching skills of Track and Field obligatory course, it can be roughly summarized as follows: To learn about the theoretical knowledge of motor skills and teaching skills at the beginning of the obligatory course. Obligatory courses content appropriate elements of the teaching skills; to give students the opportunity of teaching practice, and record the process of the practices. The training program is divided into three parts under the students’mastery of:the stage of learning motor skills and teaching skills theory, the initial stage of using the theory of teaching skills, the mature stage of movement skills to master the practice of teaching skills.(3) The training program of Teaching skills applied to the experiment in Physical Education Track and Field Course, the results show that the demonstration of skills, the skills of explain, teaching and organizational skills, feedback skills have generally improved.④after the experiment, the experimental group students were interviewed, the experimental group generally agreed that the teaching skills program did not have some significant effect for their motor skills, but it can increase students’interest in learning; the students’ creativity and enthusiasm for study are increased; increasing the confidence of a PE teaching workers in the future.Recommend future research directions as the following:①My design of the teaching skills programs is still having many inadequacies, but add this element of the teaching skills in the teaching of the obligatory Course, doing some targeted training, not only make the students who are studying in Physical Education to understand the skills of sports teaching, but also have effect on learning of motor skills.(2) The training of teaching skills should be integrated into this environment, of course, it also needs to put on a lot of money and teachers, but we must take attention on the training of teaching skills.③General Teaching skills training is not just limited to athletics, it also can be popular among the obligatory courses. There are having relation between the projects, but all have the characteristics of the teaching skills, and more mutual promotion and training of teaching skills will do more with less effort.
