Teacher-Student interaction is a key element to the quality of teaching and theeffectiveness of education. The key to improve college teachers'abilities of teaching is toenhance teaching efficacy and arouse the enthusiasm of students by using Teacher-Studentinteraction under the guidance of the new educational ideas. However, the actual situationin undergraduate teaching is unsatisfying, which is almost the originally spoon-fedteaching, and teacher-student interaction is badly needy that has seriously affected theteaching effect, let alone trained qualified creative talents.Fortunately the development of technique and the update of educational ideas tend togive opportunities to solve the problems. The development of modern network techniquehas provided a new way for colleges and universities on the improvement ofteacher-student interaction, and it can make time and space's separation gradually blurred, learning become anywhere, and learning resource start rich, as well as its individual andvarious displaying ways. This is able to solve the time and space issues in the collegestudent-teacher interaction and it also provides a possibility to improve the teachingmethods and cultivate innovative talents. People-centered humanistic educational ideas andtheir understanding of learning have provided a theoretical support for improving ourcolleges and universities teacher-student interaction and enhancing the qualityof teaching.According to in-depth analysis of interactive demand between teaching and learning, especially in today's study characteristics of colleges and universities learners, this study, taking humanistic learning theory as a guide, proceeding from reality, advances the idea ofbuilding a Teacher-Student Interaction Platform in Colleges and Universities Based onSchoolWeb, and has designed the Platform Structure and elaborated each module functionof platform. Hope to bring college teachers and administrators a little touch, and improvethe status of teacher-student interaction so as to enhance the teaching ability of teachersand improve teaching effectiveness. The main contents of this research are as follows:The first part mainly describes this study topics background and the research status ofuniversityteacher-student interaction in the world as well as introduces its research ideas, objectives and values .The second part mainly focuses on foundation of researching college student-teacherinteraction platform. The foundation Includes technical support and theoretical support ofestablishing this platform. The third part is on building the platform. This section is a core part of the paper. According to in-depth analysis of interactive demand between teaching and learning, taking humanistic learning theory as a starting point to build this platform which bases onthe technique. This part has drawn chart of the platform and analyzed each modulefunction of the platform, as well as given a specific analysis of platform capabilities fromteachers, learners, and managers in three levels.Part IV uses a typical case to analysis the teaching applications of the interactiveplatform in college students and teachers. This part includes brief introduction of thenetwork schools of Capital Normal University; introduction of modules for teacher-studentinteraction and their functions in the network schools of Capital Normal University as wellas their application; to find out the disadvantages of this platform through comparativeanalysis with this study's platform and give myown reasons.Part V, conclusion. This part includes two aspects: first, difficulties in programimplementation. The analysis mainly from what level teachers and students have tounderstand learning and gaps between platforms demanding and practical operationenvironment as well as the management of the platform. Second, it prospects for the futurelearning style and teacher–student interaction way.
