Study On The Ideology Of The Construction Of The Innovative Type Graduate Supervisor Team

It has been proposed to build up an independent and innovative nation in our country, and then higher education takes the important tasks of intelligent support and talents reservation. The graduate supervisor team was given higher standards on how to raise innovative talents. The quality of the graduates is seriously influenced by the problems of the graduate supervisor team. In order to meet the demand of the development, it is so impendent and necessary to enhance the construction of the graduate supervisor team.Ideas act the role of leading and driving in the construction of the graduate supervisor team.
