Research On The Existing Problems And Realization Paths Of Enhancing Morality And Fostering Talents For The Graduate Supervisor In The New Era

Under the background of the new era,the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics requires the cultivation of a large number of socialist builders and successors who are all-round developed in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor,and a large number of outstanding talents to contribute their own strength to all walks of life in society.The graduate student group is the main source of high-level talents in our country.The graduate supervisor,as the primary responsible for graduate students training,should assume the responsibilities of enhancing morality and fostering talents.In order to implement this work,the graduate supervisor should not only strictly demand themselves,strengthen their basic qualities,not forget their original intentions,keep in mind the mission of education,but also master the skills and improve the level of enhancing morality and fostering talents in the new era.Colleges and universities should also constantly strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics,improve the relevant mechanism,and stimulate the motivation of the graduate supervisor to enhance morality and foster talents.This thesis is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of the topic research and the significance of the topic selection,summarizes the current situation of research at home and abroad,analyzes the difficulties,innovations and deficiencies of the paper,and introduces the research methods of the paper.The second part is an overview of the relevant theories of enhancing morality and fostering talents for the graduate supervisor.It mainly elaborates the connotation,the theoretical basis and realistic needs of enhancing morality and fostering talents in the new era.The third part is a survey of the existing problems of enhancing morality and fostering talents for the graduate supervisor in the new era.Through questionnaire analysis and interview investigation,it points out some existing problems.The fourth part is the reason analysis of the existing problems: the changes in social environment,the subjective reasons of the graduate supervisor,the new features for graduate students and the inadequate guarantee mechanism of enhancing morality and fostering talents in colleges and universities.The fifth part puts forward the realization path of enhancing morality and fostering talents for the graduate supervisor in the new era,which based on the existing problems and reason analysis: raising the graduate supervisor's awareness,improve the graduate supervisor's level,play the role of mentor model,improve the relationship between graduate supervisors and students,perfect the guarantee mechanism of enhancing morality and fostering talents in colleges and universities.
