Study On Challenges And Strategies Of Supervisor Team's Construction In Graduate Education For Professional Degree

The measures can be listed as follow: the government should establish related policies to guarantee the construction of supervisor team in graduate education for professional degree; "Double-supervisor" employing system should be established to implement the structure of supervisor team; "Double-supervisor" training system should be constructed to improve the ability of supervisor team; "Double-supervisor" managerial system should be build to enhance the management of supervisor team; supervisors should change and renew their sense of education and teaching.
