Caring Type Of Relationship Between Teachers And Students In Graduate Student Education Construction

Along with the development of graduate education, teacher-student relation plays amore and more important role in improving the quality of graduate education. In recentyears, reports and media public on the poor teacher-student relation has questioned andspeculation. Scholars began to focus on teacher-student relation from different angles.This article is on the graduate education of the relationship, and expecting the studycontribution, guiding the teachers and students in communication methods, improvingthe students’ quality of life and undertake to the student the humanized managementthree aspects. This paper mainly with the literature research and interviews is dividedinto three parts: first, it puts forward love type teacher-student relation on the basis ofthe concept of love type campus, and explains the connotation and theoretical basis;second, through finishing the interview to obtain first-hand information and relatedresearch, we found, the current situation of the teacher-student relation overall is moreoptimistic. But there are still some problems, such as teachers and students don’t knoweach other, and students to learn and daily life are not satisfied, and to hope to mentordo better. This paper analyzes reasons from three aspects, mainly their own, betweenteachers and students, and among students; finally, the article put forward that buildingthe new type relationship from teaching, scientific research and daily life three ways.Ensure that students’ academic and advanced, have gained in the teaching; establishingscientific research team and the formation of academic character in scientific research;agree with the way of life of the students and standardizing student of everyday life indaily life. Promote better communication and dialogue between teachers and students.Let the students not only to "learn well", more to be "good".Construct love type teacher-student relation in graduate education, build agood relationship and equal healthy atmosphere, love each other, mutual respect and grow together between the teachers and students. So as to enhance the quality ofgraduate education, realize the benefit of the graduate education. And then graduatestudents really become the high quality, the physical and mental health, have sense ofhappiness of elites.
