In the influences of benefit realization of universities' merging, the educational human resources management's condition is an important influencing factor. with the literature analytic method and the comparison analytic method, this article takes the managerial economics' marketability as an angle of view, analyses the present situation on our country's human resources management in the merged the universities, discusses the marketability which the management to the educational human resources has and the reason why it lacks in the reality, attempts to provide a new angle of view on the management to educational human resources for the merged universities and colleges, and provide the suggestions on optimizing the management to the educational human resources in our country. It not only has the big theoretical significance, also has the strong practical significance.This research believes that the management to the educational human resources of merged universities has the bright marketability. Under the marketability field of vision, the management to the educational human resources of merged universities in our country lacks the marketability obviously, the symptoms are that: the lose of independence on educational human resources, the low benefit of management, the flaw of the environment of competition, the insufficiency of fairness to manifest. The reasons that Caused to form these questions mainly are that the long-term planed economic system's inertia influence, government's unreasonable location and the ideological recognition deviation in the management to the merged universities. In the view of these questions, this article proposes the Countermeasures and the suggestions, including the renewal of idea, carrying out management on person, the establishment of achievements reflecting marketability, and the place-system of extra persons and so on.
