Funds supply, distribution, management level of teachers, teaching facilities are the result of different areas and different schools of education resources unfair. Through the integration of educational resources and the optimization of the educational resources allocation, make sure the development of education to meet the demand of market economy. Through the integration of educational resources and the adjustment of the internal education structure, layout, level and scale to adapt to the adjustment of economic and industrial structure, to give full play to the service function of education to economy. The integration of educational resources not only can eliminate the uneven distribution of educational resources, but also can achieve the common growth of education scale and benefit. Through the integration of educational resources to achieve the balanced development of education, so that the more students can share high-quality educational resources is very necessary, it has been to be imperative to integrate educational resources. Bayi School affiliated to Chengdu seventh Middle School is a typical example of weak schools with strong school, Army School and local school aid type development. Considering the actual situation of local schools and the Army School of resource integration of this special subject, this paper collected related references, by using information research method, comparative study and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods and so on, to focuses on the analysis of the historical process and basic experience of domestic and foreign educational resources integration, case studies on Bayi School affiliated to Chengdu seventh Middle School. It is analysis several aspects from the system establishment, human resources, management mechanism. The case took the lead in the first step of military schools for children of local management, but also weak and strong schools combined, let the high quality education resources and give full play to its advantages. From the present school situation, the education resources integration case is successful, not only let Sichuan Province students to accepted high quality education resources, but also to promote the renewal and progress of the whole regional education, to explore and promote fair education, improve the quality of teaching is the best way for the troops, and military children schools with local high quality education resources integration provides sufficient reference.
