On The Transformation Model Of S&T Achievements In Central South University-Subject Corporation System

The low rate of the transformation of S&T achievements in universities is the big problem to obstacle the rapid development of science, technology and economy in China. This dissertation aims to study a representative transformation model of S&T achievements in Central South University—Subject Corporation Systm.This dissertation will try to deal with the problem in the following aspects: First, it gives definitions to the concepts of achievements of S&T and transformation of S&T achievements, makes a comparative analysis of relevant definitions, formulates the progress, significance and function of the transformation of S&T achievements. Then it expounds the Subject Corporation Systm's connotation, analyzes the causes of its origination and its course of the transformation of S&T achievements. It focuses on thoroughly demonstrating its advanteges and performance in giving impetus to the transformation of S&T achievements. At last, it simply provides some successful experiences and gives some suggestions on how to deal with the existed poblems of the Subject Corporation Systm.
