Colleges and universities are important knowledge-intensive areas,talent-gathering areas and highland of independent innovation.They undertake a large number of scientific research projects every year and produce a large number of scientific and technological achievements and patent technologies.However,nearly 90% of these scientific and technological achievements are "idle".Transfer,there is no transfer of conversion,there is no conversion of the relative state of rest.How to transform the use of scientific and technological achievements in this cornucopia at colleges and universities is of great significance to the implementation of innovation-driven development strategies,the promotion of public entrepreneurship,the innovation of many people and the promotion of social productive forces.This paper first introduces the main mode of scientific and technological achievements transformation and the advantages and disadvantages of various modes in Chinese colleges and universities.At the same time,it analyzes the main problems that restrict the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese universities.Then,it analyzes the typical transformation patterns of scientific and technological achievements of some universities in China,analyzes the success of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the problems existing in the operation of the transformation patterns of the achievements,and draws inspiration from the problems in order to give full play to various science and technology The role of the mode of achievement transformation led to the further transformation of scientific and technological achievements.After that,the author made a research on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in American universities,introduced the origin and development of the institutions of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in American universities,and fully analyzed the transformation process and effect of scientific and technological achievements of OTL mode at Stanford University.Finally,the paper summarizes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese universities.In response to the above problems,this paper putsforward countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in higher learning from the scientific and technological achievements transformation model,government,law and policy,professionals,scientific research achievements and scientific research system Promote the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Chinese Universities.
