Research On Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements In Inner Mongolia Universities

The world today is an era of intellectual competition,scientific and technological competition,and innovative competition.It is an indisputable fact that innovative and technological forces determine the level of social and economic development.Colleges and universities are the main force of scientific and technological innovation.They have played a key role in building innovative countries and innovative autonomous regions.The analysis and research on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Inner Mongolia universities has far-reaching significance for the adjustment of the economic structure of the autonomous region and the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.However,from the current situation in universities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,although the output of achievements has increased year by year,the conversion rate of it of most universities is relatively low.The degree in the region is not high,and it has not contributed to the social and economic developmentof the autonomous region.To a certain extent,it has caused waste of resources.Based on the status quo of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,this paper analyzes the effects and obstacles of the transformation and puts forward countermeasures.At the beginning,it defines the related concepts and based on the theory of collaborative governance,the theory of integration of production,education and research,this paper explores and collects a large amount of literature and statistical data,from scientific and technological input and scientific and technological output.From the perspective of the transformation and the overall development transformation in Inner Mongolia universities is analyzed.Then,from the perspective of the construction and the overall layout,the problems reflected in the current situation are classified and analyzed,not only from the infrastructure,transfer channels,Supporting these three perspectives to analyze the obstacles,the following countermeasures and suggestions are also discussed from these three perspectives,in which the main roles of universities,governments,enterprises and intermediaries play a good role,and the transformation of talents with scientific and technological achievements The shortcomings of support system,at the same time,the achievements will also affect the final transformation results.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the transformation in Inner Mongolia universities: optimizing the transformation infrastructure of system of Inner Mongolia universities,broadening the transformation channels of Inner Mongolia universities,and strengthening the support and guarantee for the transformation inInner Mongolia universities.
