A Study On The Inter-Disciplinary Talent Cultivation Mode Reform In University

With the development of modern science and technology and social economy and culture, the solutions of many major issues which the human society faces depend on more and more the multi-disciplinary collaborative research. At the same time, a prominent feature of modern science and technology development is the degree integration on the basis of degree differentiation ,and the integrated trend is obvious and strong more and more. A large number of new inter-disciplinary and edge-disciplinary emergence and the boundaries between the disciplines are desalinating unceasingly. In the new century that opportunity and the challenge coexist, the university must adapt to the development of the times, promotes positively the reform of undergraduate course ,adopt various measures to create the condition for the inter-disciplinary talent cultivation.This paper describes the concept of inter-disciplinary talent and talent cultivation mode, ponits out the theoretical foundation of the inter-disciplinary talent cultivation. It also analyzes the inter-disciplinary talent condition of the western countries such as the United States, the GB and Japan and promote the enlightenment to our country universities. This paper points out the existing problems of the traditional personnel training in our country university on the basis of the present situation of inter-disciplinary talent. After that it analyzes the reason .Finally the paper puts forward the countermeasure proposal on how to construct the inter-disciplinary talents cultivation mode in our country universities.To achieve this objective, we must transform education thought and renewal education idea, reform the personnel training programmes, breakthrough the traditional major concept, adjust major structure, deepen the reform of course content and curriculum system, reform vigorously the present teaching methods and the teaching means, strengthen the teacher troop construction, consummate the teaching management system, play fully the main role of students and so on.
