The improving demands of talent for the social development promote innovation and change in personnel training mode in China. As the initial stage of higher education, undergraduate education is facing serious challenges. Under such a situation for the quality of survival and development with characteristics, the personnel training to explore a new model has become an important issue facing all colleges and universities. In this context, the production talents training mode is a necessity. It achieved university personnel training methods change from rigid to flexible for the unification, consistent with the trend Undergraduate Teaching.In this paper, using survey, literature, comparative law, history and other research methods, starting from the training mode, the concepts of culture defined categories and the domestic focus of Undergraduate Survey Training mode to find that training personnel categories are broad prevalent in the country and the educational reform will be the future trend.
