Because cultivating the students'ability of scientific inquiry have important meaning to raise the science character of the whole race, and science education reform urgently needs to change from the theories to fulfillment.The physical academics is the foundation and an importance within science education, it should assume responsibility. Take a comprehensive view on the education history of our country, because of various history reason, have no full value to cultivate the students'ability of scientific inquiry for a long time, chase that as science character development of one of the initial missions, then study some problems of ability of scientific inquiry, not only have theories meaning but also more have realistic meaning to the exaltation of student science character.The thesis is carried on a first step study about cultivating the students'ability of scientific inquiry in physical teaching in junior high school and mainly mades use of a teacher's interview, questionnaire and theories' analytical method to carry on a research. The thesis is composed of six parts. The first part is a preface, introduces research background and meaning of this thesis, and elaborates abroad and domestic research present condition; The second part carries on a define to ability of scientific inquiry; The third part passes a design questionnaire and diagnoses the present condition of cultivating the students'ability of scientific inquiry in physics instruction in the junior high school; In the fourth part, on the foundation of theories and present condition analyzing, studies the strategy of cultivating the students'ability of scientific inquiry in physics instruction in junior high school,it is the core part of this thesis. The fifth part is teaching case and discussion and the sixth part is the summary of the thesis.Passing to investigate and research , we discover our teacher seriously being shortage of trains in the aspects of developing a student about investigate ability, lack a valid way method for how train the investigation ability of the student's science, There are many problems which need resolve urgently ,for example the infusion type teaching flood classroom and investigate the teaching wasn't valued; The teacher establishes a scenario about problem wasn't valued;The teaching lacks brave guess and supposed atmosphere; Physics experiment still regards verification experiment as principle and the investigation experiment is free from value; The student investigates problems is single. Writer carries the questionnaire on the foundation of analysis and discussion, combines the method of theories analysis, and draws lessons from the research result of others, respectively asks problem ability, guesses and supposes ability, draws up plan and designs to test ability and starting experiment and collectioning proof ability, analysis and argument ability, valuation ability, exchanges and cooperation's ability to study the strategy of cultivating the students'scientific inquiry ability about physics instruction in junior high school.
