Along with the progress in new curriculum reform, curriculum resource, an important concept in educational theories and practitioners'views, has become the new spotlight on which practitioners'studies and discussions focus. Innovation in the way of teaching is the significant symbol of this curriculum reform. The curriculum resources' development gives impetus to the innovation in the way of teaching. Simultaneously, the implementation of the modernized way of teaching needs vast,rich and valuable curriculum resources. Whether these curriculum resources can enter the teachers'views depends on their view on this matter. Therefore, it is necessary for the teachers to develop new view on curriculum resources to adopt the modernized way of teaching.The curriculum resources' historical development has experienced three stages, namely, the primitive life stage, the discipline-knowledge based stage, and the curriculumized resources and the resourcized curriculum stage. Correspondingly, the way of teaching has also experienced three stages, namely, the primitive life stage, the indoctrination stage and the modernization stage. The modernized way of teaching is characterized by the following seven tendencies: shift from emphasis on teaching to emphasis on learning, from convey of knowledge to development of students, from silent listening to personal experience, from one-way communication to comprehensive mutual communication, from teaching by concentrating on textbook to teaching by using the textbook as a guide, from commanding authority to equal top, from achievement-orientation to process-orientation. Therefore, the teaching objective is also characterized by its comprehensiveness, multilateral mutuality, emotionality in mutual communication and abundance in curriculum resources. Thus modernization of the way of teaching can only be implemented on the basis of curriculum resources under the guidance of new view of curriculum resources.Teachers'view on curriculum resources shifts from rigidity to openness, from taking the textbook as the only curriculum resource to making use of any resource that enables the curriculum objectives to be fulfilled and enhances the development of students both physically and spiritually. These curriculum resources under the new view provide the material guarantee for the teachers to implement the modernization of way of teaching.By analyzing the classroom study cases, we find that teachers must build the new curriculum resources view then the modernized way of teaching can be carried out effectively.How to change teachers'curriculum resources view and promote the teachers to innovate their way of teaching? The present thesis tries to focus on the following three considerations. Firstly let teachers be learners and be student-like teachers. Secondly, let the teachers be researchers and carry out curriculum action research. Thirdly, optimize the external environment to realize effective innovation.
