Study Of Project Risk Management Of Olympic Volunteers Organization

The volunteers are the important part of Olympic Games, By literature datum research method, logical analysis, professional forecasting, This paper expatiates the concepts of Olympic volunteers, risk, risk management and its technical mode etc. Starting with the character of Olympic volunteers, risk performance and risk management principle, combining general situation of Chinese volunteer movement, the paper analyzes both advantages and disadvantages of Beijing Olympic volunteers organization project risk management, and some key relationships we must pay special attention to. It also compares some process modes of risk management, introduces graded and sorted mode of accidental events, and uses Softrisk mode to analyze project risk management process of Olympic volunteers organization. Considering the project is a dynamic and exoteric process,we estimate risk according two dimensionalities what are probabilities of risk events and the loss brought by risk. At the end of the paper ,we discusse the existant risk of the project in some key processes and provide corresponding coutermesures.
