Research On The Application And Development Of The Modern Educational Technology In Non-Generally Language Teaching And Learning

The developing of computer and Internet technology changes our ways of living and working. Be already an important way of obtaining information and problem-solving, the affection of Internet is rising. Being an era of computer, all kinds of high technology, such as telecommunications network and multimedia technology combined with contemporary educational psychology, educational philosophy and educational economics, changing the traditional educational from all facets and rising an shrill challenge to the traditional ways of education and the conception of teaching. Under an background of"knowledge explosion"information age, modern educational technology and information education were raised to an new altitude, any universities and any subjects can not refuse or ignore the opportunities and challenges to it's subsistence, competition, development, or even cooperation that brought by modern educational technology.A reformation on teaching methods and educational conception is becoming a hot spot in the field of educational reformation. So it is not difficult to see that the effect of modern educational technology in foreign languages' teaching and learning was becoming more and more important that has proved by many teachers'practice. At present, many teachers have a further research on modern educational technology that be used in English teaching, non-generally languages are served as foreign language, they have their particularities and limitations, also have obviously distinction with English teaching and learning in utilizing modern educational ways. Therefore, it is worth to have research and explored deeply on teaching and learning in non-generally language.This thesis is beginning with an introduction about the implication, content and the developing history of modern educational technology, and expounding the effect of modern educational technology in foreign language teaching and learning; then regarding Guangxi University for Nationalities as an example to do some comprehending and analyzing work on the currently situation that utilizing modern educational technology to teaching in non-generally languages by investigation and interview; then points out the existed problems and difficulties in practicing the technology after carrying on the statistic data and the detailed analysis to the investigation result. At last, the author put forward some advice and policies as reference.
