With the establishment and continuously development of the system of social security in our country, all of our citizens enjoy the basic security including the universities'students. However, there are some new problems of the medical care of the students in universities. As a result of the medical care of university students hasn't been in the range of the basic medical care of cities and towns recently as well as the students can't pay for the medical bills to get the immediate treatments, it causes that the number of the students who suffer serious illness or incurable diseases increases year by year. That dare to get ill and no money for medicines is gradually to disturbed the ordinary study and life of the students.This thesis aims to the problem of the medical care of the university students in China, and discusses the system of social security, the system of medical care, and the system of socialized medicine, as well as puts forward some suggestions through investigating and analyzing in the medical care of the university students in China.The thesis is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1: It is main to discuss the study background, the study meanings and the study ways of the university students'medical care. And the study outline of the students'medical care as well. Etc...Chapter 2: It is introducing the development of the university students'scholarship medical care system, the medical care investigation for universities'students and its result. The chapter 2 has three parts: the first one is about the development process of the medical care for the universities students in China . The second one is about its new problems in 21st century . The third part is about the the study process of the medical care for universities'students in China. And the investigation designing of the medical care for the universities'students (including: the example selection, the questionnaire designing, the collection of the numbers) and its summarizingChapter 3: it is analyzing the medical care for universities'students in foreign countries and the enlightenment which is the basic and beneficial to the chapter 5. The chapter 3 has two parts: the first one is introducing the medical care system for universities'students in France, Germany, British and U.S. The second part is about the enlightenment from the introduction and analyzing the four countries'medical care for the universities'students.Chapter 4: it is main to discuss the principle, meaning and relative effects of improving the medical care for universities'students. The chapter 4 has 3 parts: the first one is talking about the basic principle of improving the medical care for universities'students and it is the basic of the practice operation. The second one is discussing the improving meanings of the medical care for universities'students and confirms the study effects further. The third one is introducing the parts effects ,such as: the governments, the universities and the universities'students. That can be the basic of the chapter 5.Chapter 5: this chapter is putting forward some policy suggestions according to the four chapters above-mentioned. The chapter 5 has 3 parts: the first one suggests the governments to improve the medical care for universities'students. The second one advises the universities to improve the medical care for universities'students. The third one proposes the universities'students to improve their quality of life.The purpose of this thesis is to give some suggestions through analyzing the present medical care of the university students in Wuhan. And we hope it can raise the attention of government and the whole society to improve the situation gradually in order to release some social conflicts and create an ideal and harmonious circumstance for the development of china.
