Research On The Aspacts Of The Chinese And American Sports Brokers

Along with the arrival of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,China's sports industry has entered the fast lane of development,the golden period of development has arrived.Sports industry as economic development in the chain of lubricant - also with the sports agents this spring into everyone's vision,although China's nationwide system will have a far-reaching impact,but it does not obstruct our sports agents in sports play a pivotal role.It is worth mentioning that,at present China's sports agent system is not perfect,can not meet the country's sports market development needs.And the United States of sports brokerage industry after nearly a century of development,not only has the world's largest sports brokers,and it sports agent relatively improving and perfecting the system,the country's sports agent can be used as an important reference system building.In this paper,using literature,expert interviews,comparative law,investigation methods,such as from the fast concept of the top sports agents - agents start of brokers and broker acts define the concept and connotation,and then analyzed the sports broker people and their behavior definition, classification and the role of brokers and sports mode Type.Through comparative analysis of the development of Sino-US sports history brokers and the development of Sino-US sports agent,the internal and external environment.This paper points out that China's sports agent system is the main problems are:(1)Sports agent management functions dislocation,the lack of an effective mechanism of competition;(2)lack of professional sports agents, professional-caliber(3)sports agents education and training mechanisms imperfect,(4)construction of sports agents laws and regulations lag.Sports agent in the United States after a long period of the development of the system has been improved and standardized relative to the establishment of China's sports agent system is an important role in enlightening,in the following ways:(1)improving the market economy system and the implementation of "separation of government and business," sports brokers of the road;(2)the creation of specialized sports agent industry associations(3)to strengthen laws and regulations to standardize brokers;(4)to strengthen the self-discipline of sports agents construction industry,and promote the building of professional sports agents to promote sports Brokers diversification and scale of operations(5)establishment of a multi-channel,multi-level training sports agent system.To be successful,to build our country's standard sports agent system,the paper recommends that:(1)establishing built by the Government and social groups,sports agent management structure;(2)We must cultivate a higher quality of the political,business standards and competitiveness,with a high degree of sense of responsibility and sense of professional brokers competitive sports talent;(3)development of sports agents strict management practices and procedures,including qualifications,contract management,commission management,and illegal punishment,and so on,and the procedures are clear and specific requirements and regulations;(4)China's sports agent system should be integrated with the international economy;(5)Improving the development of the sports agent training and assessment mechanism for vetting system.
