Female postgraduate education plays an important constitution part in postgraduate education. As an attractive group, the female postgraduate owns high educational background, and owns higher expectation. They wander up and down "marginal state", exist and develop in the cultural soil of "male basis". Since traditional social culture with vulgar female restrains, with mutually conflict that societies reflect low expectation value to the female postgraduate, who ever dreamed to high expectation value of oneself, make the development that the female postgraduate is in a dilemma. The occasion makes their study, living and emotion etc. appear various perplexity. With recruit bloomed in the past few years among the postgraduate recruit, the recruited amount of the female postgraduate increased year by year. The antinomy is increasingly convex now. It is a basic departure point of text that how to temper the antinomy from educational management, look for approaches to be advantageous to female postgraduate's development healthily.According to above, the author introduces the gender theories and discusses the necessity of leading the gender awareness to female postgraduate education at the first. Second, based on the survey of four Hunan Vocational Colleges female postgraduates' status, the multiple factors of the impact of female students are analyzed and concluded as: The traditional sex cultural thought has dint of hold; The advanced education mode is placed in "asexuality" appearance over a long period; The female postgraduate themselves' mental state to settle power of influence etc.. At the end, based on these reason analysis, a few recommendations and countermeasures are proposed from multiple angles, outlet and position: Revising traditional sex idea, and setting up right of gender awareness; Adjusting education policy, or bringing the gender awareness into the development management; Constructing the sex equal campus culture; Perfecting the gender awareness of teachers troops; establishing relative female research institutions; Raising the female postgraduate own character and ego consciousness. From the society, school, and female postgraduate their own set up right gender awareness, and promote the health and all-sided development of the female postgraduate.
