Innovative Education is the requirements of Knowledge Economy Society for education, and the natural choice for us to cope with fierce competition in the international community. Since the late 1990s, many domestic research staff to explore Innovative Education theory warm, but personnel training in school education in the practice of operation it is beset with difficulties. The guiding role of the University Entrance Examination System is the relationship between the larger. Because of extremely fierce competition in the University Entrance Examination, University Entrance Examination System has not only demonstrated the talent selection of universities an objective requirement, but restricts the direction of basic education and the reform of teaching. Therefore, we should speed up the reform of the existing University Entrance Examination System in order to play a guiding role in Innovative Education and Innovative Talents' training, and guide students to participate in innovative educational practice, and promote the all-round development of students. This study introduces the requirements of Innovative Education to University Entrance Examination firstly, then analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings of Chinese University Entrance Examination System in-depth by reviewing the 30-year reform processn of Chinese University Entrance Examination System, and discusses on the reform countermeasures by learning from foreign experience in university entrance exam system. From the concept of talent, the evaluation concept and values to build on the examination and evaluation of new concepts; Strengthening capacity assessment and proposition innovation; Establishing a diversified selection of new students and the evaluation system for the candidates to provide more opportunities for the innovative practice; At the same time, discuss the construction of the relevant system, Such as increasing high school education reform, the establishment of high school students to develop files, and strengthen supervision and management mechanism.
