The Research Of Innovative Talents Training And University System In China

In order to suit the new condition of economy development, pushes the high efficiency and consistence development of economy, our government come up with the Innovation driven development strategy. The power of the strategy is innovation, and the key is innovative talents. University as the foundation of cultivating innovative talents and whether it can well functioned and carry the responsibility, finish the cooperative innovation and high level innovative talents cultivating, transport the talents of our country, the major point is the institution of university. Under the background of cultivating innovative talents, establish the modern institution which suit the condition of our country is the urgent affair of current stage of our country.Currently, a series of institutional barriers exist in our university, such as strong planned economy, the too much centralized management and administrative control. Therefore, this paper used a theoretical perspective to distinguish the concept of talents and innovative talents. Sums up the features of innovative talents,and our government’s innovation-driven development Strategic needs. Besides, it explained the meaning and evolution of university system, and pointed out its relationship with the creative talents cultivation. Then, it compared and analysed modern university system, the model of innovative talents training among Germany, Britain and the United States. Meanwhile, it summarized their characteristics in order to pave the way to optimize our university system.In addition, it generalized the systemic issues about the innovative talents training,arose in our universities at present stage. Last, it summarized the requirement of the university system environment, which is in favor of training innovative talents in present, and also proposed the optimal path for the systemic barriers existed in our university.so that to provided a reference for innovation modern for the university system.
