A Study On Academic Innovative Master' Entrance Examination Reform

The selection and training of innovative academic talents is the basis of building an innovation-oriented country in the 21th century for China'.colleges and universities are the basis and cradle for building an innovation-oriented country supplying innovative academic talents.Select and recruit innovative academic master graduates is the first step for colleges and universities training innovative academic talents.Firstly,this article defines and screens the academic innovative graduates; secondly, study the history of the evolution of China and foreign'system of graduate recruitment system,the realities in combination with graduate recruitment system,points out the defects of examination and recommended exemption at present selecting innovative academic talents;Lastly, the author hopes that create scientific innovative academic talents selection mechanism by reforming and innovating the two existing graduate recruitment system.The article specifically points out the principle and path of reform, which can supply reference for graduate recruitment system reform.`This article holds that the recruitment mode of Two--Stages is in line with the national conditions of China at this stage,and the innovative academic graduate recruitment system should direct towards the Two-Stage mode. The author emphasis that the Two–Stage mode should reflect"point combination with surface, compatible with the general and special",and absorb the indicators and methods of screening about innovative academic talents into the recruitment practice.
