At present,China is actively building a national innovation system,and building an innovative country is dependent on the innovative talents with innovative quality and ability.Graduate education is the highest end of the whole education system,is an important way to cultivate high-level innovative talents.And is the pillar and foundation of the national innovation system.And graduate students entrance examination is the graduate of the "entrance",directly related to the quality of postgraduate training,How to select innovative talents from a large number of candidates,through the graduate entrance examination? This is the current situation under the new postgraduate graduate entrance examination reform is facing an urgent and important issue.This research uses literature analysis,policy analysis,questionnaire survey,comparative research and other methods.First of all,combing nearly three decades of Chinese graduate entrance examination reform policy changes track found: the policy in the continuous improvement of the initial examination entrance examination system,reform recommended exemption system,improve the efficiency of re-examination selection of innovative talents,Improve the efficiency of and selection of innovative talents.At the same time it is subject to peaceful and stable theme of the times,social and cultural traditions and the examination system.But as a national selection of high-level talent entrance examination,examination policy by the entire national macroeconomic policy,knowledge and economic development needs and services in the national innovation system construction traction,which is its changing power.Secondly,the author chooses the master's degree tutor as the research object,and the survey results show that the existing graduate entrance examination is questioned in the effectiveness of the selection of innovative talents.The written test attaches great importance to foreign language exam,professional knowledge and political theory,light ability investigation.Re-examination of the comprehensive quality of candidates is difficult to be investigated.The examination time and frequency of admission is to be discussed.These findings form the basic judgment on the problems faced by the reform and the solution to the problem the formation of the reform of the problems and problems.Thirdly,through the comparison and draw lessons from the United States GRE unified examination and the Japanese institutions of independent examination of the graduate entrance examination system,found that the United States GRE unified examination features including test content tend to logical analysis and reasoning,examination questions from the objective to the main Subjective and objective combination of test design from the adaptive test for the development of multistage adaptive test,scoring way points difference from large turn small.The characteristics of the independent examination of Japanese institutions are according to the law(review)graduate enrollment qualifications,examination content focused on research potential and comprehensive quality,test time flexible and convenient and diverse admission system.The common characteristics are focus on the comprehensive ability and research potential,the admission criteria is no longer only score theory,with a wide range of diversification and characteristics of enrollment units with a high degree of autonomy.Finally,on this basis,trying to put forward an effective path to reform.To establish a more reasonable model of the initial test.Gradually take the Graduate Foreign Language Examination as an entry qualification examination.Add general ability test.The implementation of professional basis for comprehensive exam and independent proposition of the two-track system to the entrance examination.Attention to the assessment of innovation ability,and constantly improve the re-examination system.Clear the function of re-examination,expand the autonomy of colleges and tutors.The establishment of a wide range of re-evaluation system,and improve the relevant laws,regulations and policies to promote fair examination.I hope these proposals for our country to choose a truly competitive and innovative talents,and promote the national innovation system.
