Curriculum thought and politics is a kind of comprehensive educational theory that takes "cultivating morality and cultivating people" as the fundamental task of education.It takes curriculum as the main battlefield of discipline development,integrates moral education into the learning of sports skills,organically integrates ideology and politics with aerobics teaching,and excavates moral education elements in the teaching content,so as to improve students’ thinking ability,theoretical accomplishment and social responsibility.In May 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Guidelines for the Ideological and Political Construction of Higher Education Curriculum,which detailed a series of contents such as who should lead the ideological and political reform of higher education and how to carry out it,indicating the road and direction for the ideological and political construction and development of the current higher education curriculum.The innovative educational ideas contained in "curriculum ideology and politics" and the traditional teaching and education ideas complement each other.Aerobics is an important physical education course in colleges and universities.It is a part of physical education in colleges and universities.It contains various educational contents such as physical education,beauty education and moral education.How to integrate the ideological and political education idea into the teaching of aerobics and achieve the fundamental purpose of "cultivating morality and educating people" is an important subject to be solved urgently in the construction of "curriculum ideological and political education" in ordinary colleges and universities at present.This paper defines the specific concepts of curriculum ideology and politics and aerobics curriculum,sorts out the researches on "curriculum ideology and politics" at home and abroad,the researches on physical education and "curriculum ideology and politics",the researches on college physical education and "curriculum ideology and politics",and the researches on aerobics and "curriculum ideology and politics".The present situation and implementation path of aerobics curriculum ideology and politics in 8 colleges and universities in Hubei Province are taken as the research object.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of calisthenics teachers in colleges and universities in Hubei province,the ideological and political status quo of calisthenics curriculum implementation,and the existing problems in the ideological and political development status quo of calisthenics curriculum,the following conclusions are drawn:1.At present,there are some problems in the development process of "curriculum thinking and politics" in calisthenics of colleges and universities in Hubei Province.It is mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)In the teaching documents,the content of ideological and political education in the curriculum lacks detailed definition and overall planning,which is unclear and unclear;(2)In the part of teaching objectives,ideological and political education objectives are simplified and coarser,and the setting is too empty,not detailed and not specific;(3)In the teaching process,ideological and political education of the curriculum focuses on the preparation part,ignores the end part,and does not implement the whole;(4)In the teaching content,there is no in-depth exploration of the ideological and political elements contained in aerobics,and the vision is limited to the theoretical teaching of the course;(5)In the part of teaching methods,the main use is still the traditional teaching methods,unable to organically combine the ideological and political content of the course with the classroom;(6)In the evaluation part of calisthenics teaching,the evaluation focuses on the imparting of knowledge and skills and the application of knowledge and skills,and lacks the evaluation of moral education.2.The implementation path to optimize the "curriculum ideological and political thinking" of college aerobics in Hubei Province is as follows:(1)On the basis of defining the curriculum ideological and political content in detail,make an overall plan to improve the ideological and political education content into the teaching documents;(2)In the "three-dimensional" goal system,clearly add ideological and political education goals;(3)promoting ideological and political elements into the whole process of aerobics teaching;(4)Enrich ideological and political elements in the teaching content;(5)In practical teaching,pay attention to innovation and use teaching methods that can effectively integrate ideological and political content into the curriculum;(6)The curriculum ideological and political elements should be added into the evaluation of aerobics teaching,which should not be "no curriculum ideological and political" or only "curriculum ideological and political".3.Suggestions on the reform and innovation of aerobics teaching under the ideological and political ideas of the curriculum:(1)The overall plan should be strengthened,and the ideological and political content system should be constructed in the three important parts of the teaching syllabus,teaching plan and teaching material;(2)Ideological and political education elements should be integrated into the aerobics class(preparation part,basic part,end part)and after class(after-class exercises,homework,competitions,etc.),so as to educate students in the whole course of ideological and political education and fully explore the value and elements of ideological and political education in the aerobics teaching content;(3)To combine the ideological and political connotation of aerobics,use flexible teaching methods;(4)Construction of ideological and political teaching evaluation system,improve the evaluation of students’ ideological quality,spiritual outlook and other aspects of the evaluation proportion and content.
