In the past, lots of researches on the curriculum of all these sports majors have been carried out in China, but there are some common problems, such as old-fashioned curriculum, cross-curriculum, improper system and lack of openness. With macro observation, it is found that the relation of curriculum among different majors also emerges problems of cross-curriculum, improper system and lack of openness.The above problems can lead to the higher cost of teaching management and lower efficiency of students'learning. Besides, these problems also eliminate the diversification of training objectives in sports major and ignore the characteristics of each major. In this article, it is discussed about status of sports major curriculum and suggested a systematic curriculum for sports major which is effective and distinctive microscopically and structural and economical macroscopically.Methods: A variety of methods is applied in this paper, including literature, comparison, logical analysis, expert interviews, statistics, to compare and analyze the following issues for sports major, namely, training objectives, curriculum structure, curriculum design, curriculum content as well as domestic and foreign sports major curriculum in sports universities.Results:1.
