Nowadays the modern society is increasingly advocated the state of harmonious,no matter to create a harmonious society or the harmony between human and nature,both of them reflect the pursuit of human beings to reach the ideal state between people or people and the environment.But the self consistency and congruence is human beings as independent thinking individual make himself coordinate with experience and the consistency among the inner self.This state is rely on their self-center and changing experience world to maintain and achieve the consistency between self-perception with experience,however the self-concern and self-esteem often have effect on the individual’ s self consistency and congruence.This study selected 381 students at Henan University Minsheng College and Zhengzhou Institute of Science and Technology,using a variety of statistical methods, came the following conclusions:(1)The independent institute students showed hinger level of self consistency and congruence. There are significantly difference among independent institute students on whether in love or not and whether their parents divorce or not.The independent institute students not in love have batter self consistency and congruence than those who have a lassie.(2)The independent institute students’ self consistency and congruence have a significant correlation with self-concern,the independent institute students’ self consistency and congruence have a significant negative correlation with self-esteem.(3)There is significant mediation between independent institute students’ self consistency and congruence and self-concern.
