The socialization is the process that a person is developed from its natural individual to the social being, during which the living skills, social rules and social roles are learned by individuals constantly to meet the standard of the social demands and to undertake the responsibility of transmitting human civilization.The process of personal socialization is the one experienced by every individual, during which the socialization of language is of most importance.Currently, the social language of china is Mandarin, which is also advocated in pedagogical practice even in remote areas. But The development of minorities should be in the line with the social demand. Therefore, for the senior high school students of Dong in Northern area of Guizhou, the socialization of language is the necessary and premost step in their personal socialization. However, that there are some differences between the Dong language and the Madarins poses certain problems and difficulties to them. in this paper, the author sumarizes the common problems and difficulties of Dong students on their use of Madarins on the basis of collecting literature reviews, making questionnaires, doing testing and interviewing. besides, by making comparisons of the phonology of each language, the lexical features and the grammar, the author summarises the possible reasons that cause these difficulties and on the basis the author also explores the even deeper reasons such as those related to cognition and psychology. As a conclusion, the author proposes some helpful advice on the socialization of the students in the target areas and suggests that the bilingual pedagogy and the change of the view are the key points in socialization.
