Since the foundation of the state,China aquatic sports go through one grow up evolution that strengthen progressively from scratch.Nowadays,world water athletics sports development demonstrate competition fierceness,disparity dwindle,pluralistic situation of advantage constantly.Such the Olympic events as the boat in water athletics sports,racing boat,etc.,is "opera involving much singing and action" which is implemented the Olympic Games strategy,it is one of the key factors of catching up with and surpassing the advanced international standards of competitive sport of our country too.Woman canoeing is our country key item of canoeing.In 1995,our country's woman kayak four boat make 500 meters of runner-ups at the championship in world.Practice has proved,general principle and method that relevant movements train, the woman canoeing and man canoeing have extensive generality,however,among them there are certain characteristics.So,such sex characteristics of the respect as the woman canoeing's dissection,physiology,biochemistry,etc.,should be paid close attention to in training.Research objective:to monitor to go on through one drill program of stage for standard,to carry on research about activation change of serum enzyme of woman of canoeman in different intensity move,network analysis and evaluating,which offer more scientific theoretical foundation for formulation of the drill program in the future.Research methods:The woman of boat team of Zhuhai city canoeman 12 are regarded as research object,among them national top-notch player or first grade sportsman 6 are called the experiment group;6 for second or tertiary athlete, in order to contrast the group.The test after the intensity of different load is arranged according to the actual drill program during basic principle and athlete's winter training of studying.According to the movement,rhythm of the heart up to 170/min for large intensity,medium-sized training of intensity and one make up in week by minor cycle and middle cycle,the large intensity train from one middle cycle and one large cycle. Measure elbow vein blood 2ml respectively before sport and after sport 0h,6h,20h..All experimental datas are dealt with through software package SPSS-11.5.the result shows with the average(X)±standard deviation(SD).t test with an index in the same group,carrying on relevant analysis between different indexes,the significance level is P<0.05.Study conclusion:Serum CK,LDH value are the comparatively sensitive biochemical index during monitoring the outstanding sportswoman's training course,can be a important index as evaluating a athlete to the response and adaptation which trains load.Serum CK,activation of the engineering enzyme and sport intensity have sure relations with function state of organism.To set up the control mode of the load of athlete's train intensity by CK,LDH value may be a kind of good method,and can have a try.
