Study On Raising Found For Compulsory Education In The Period Of Republic Of China

With the development of Chinese reform and opening, economic construction obtained great achievement; political reform and culture construction obtained huge progress correspondingly. However, the whole quality of people need be increased. So, the development of the compulsory education has been an important problem of national economy and livelihood of the people. In the problems of the compulsory education, the found is still a main obstacle of restricting the compulsory education to make better quality and development. It is one of cruxes in Chinese educational reform and need get new way to resolve it imminently.By the methods of document, material and comparison, we try to analyze and research the development survey; synoptic view, principle, characteristic and experience of raising found of the compulsory education in the period of Republic China, then summarize the practical significance of carrying out and improving the current compulsory education.The first part of this paper introduces the compulsory education of Republic of China, northern warlord's government and national government, and then summarizes the development survey of the compulsory education of Republic of China.The second part of this paper introduces the synoptic view of the compulsory education of Republic of China from two sides. One is the all levels financial investment. The other is facing difficulty of the compulsory education found.The third part of this paper describes the principle and characteristic of raising found of the compulsory education of Republic of China on the basis of analyzing the historical documents and materials.The forth part of this paper summarizes the experiences of raising found of the compulsory education of Republic of China from three sides. The first one is the specialization of educational found; the second one is the legalization of educational found; the last one is the diversification of educational found investment subject.The fifth of this paper combines with the current fact to present the raising found of the compulsory education of Republic of China. Based on the analysis, we discuss the enlightenment of the current compulsory education. In order to solve the existing main questions of the current compulsory education, we look for the historical basis and provide the historical experiences. We hope that our works can give some helps for Chinese compulsory education in future.
