The Research On Construction Mode Of Standardized School At The Rural Compulsory Education Stage In China

The erroneous zone and the reformal bottleneck of our country compulsory education development is the non-equalizing for a long time. The compulsory education stage school's development is imbalanced, causes educational opportunity for children not to be equal.Compulsory education's non-equalized tendency, is not harmonious note in the constructing harmonious society advancement, counteracts the scientific development concept idea. How to insist the scientific development concept,to construct harmonious society better,to promote the city and countryside education development equalizing,still is the the theory topic to research deeply and the realistic question to be solved urgently.The equalizing is the topic which our country compulsory education must face in the 21st century. Constructing"the standardized school"is the essential way which reducts interscholastic disparity, realizes the elementary education balanced development and the education fair , also is the basic request which realizes well-off levels and builds harmonious society's comprehensively. A harmonious society must safeguard each children to have the opportunity and the condition to accept education fairly.The function of standardized school's construction is huge without doubt, is fair regarding the promotion education, promoting the education fair and the compulsory education balanced development. Our country's urban education achieves standardized degree basically, but countryside's education development still was backward actually. Including the educational expenditure investment, the class scale, the school scale as well as the school layout construction,there are many problems awaiting us to solve urgently.This study take the countryside elementary and middle schools as the object of study, take the harmonious society's construction as the background, uses the methods of text research and comparison research and so on, unifies the countryside elementary and middle schools'present situation in constructing standardized school and absorbs the domestic and foreign related research results.This study has induced the main proploms which standardized school construction appears, and the theory basis and the influencing factor of construction mode.The goal lies in providing some feasible construction pattern for the countryside compulsory education standardization school construction.As follows:the funds investment mode, the school scale mode, the layout construction mode.Although,in the standardized school construction,it's possible to supply many modes to use,but each villages and towns cannot imitate the above pattern mechanically.We should use the different mode according to the practical need.We may use the sole pattern,also many kinds of patterns use in common,which can construct well standardized school conforming to the request.
