As the social organization,compulsory education schools have the huge social responsibility for the development of education.Due to the realistic demands of balanced development in compulsory education,the construction of schools is moving towards to a scientific and standardized step.Under the background of standardized construction for the compulsory education schools,the requirements are not limited to the infrastructure such as hardware,but also the comprehensive soft power of schools is gradual refinement to be asked.From focusing on the conditional standards of school construction to paying attention to the soft requirements of procedural standards and outcome standards,the improvement of the standard system for the school construction should be promoted.Meanwhile,The Guidance on Social Responsibility:IS026000 was formulated and promulgated in 2010.Its purpose is to provide social responsibility guides for all types of organizations and to encourage them to clarify their own social responsibilities.This is a soft standard for promoting development of organization.The Guidance on Social Responsibility:IS026000 provides a new perspective and research ideas for the construction and development of compulsory education schools.Complying with the compulsory school itself to explore the social responsibility standards of school is a new direction for the standardized construction of compulsory schools.Based on the content,scope of application and formulation principles of The Guidance on Social Responsibility:IS026000,this thesis analyzes the feasibility and theoretical and practical significance to introduce the IS026000 social responsibility standards into the compulsory schools,discusses the value orientation and application about the IS026000 social responsibility standards.According to the characteristic of compulsory schools and various problems which faced in the process of the standardized construction,it is necessary to analyze building the social responsibility standard for the compulsory schools.Putting forward the social responsibilities of compulsory schools in the standardized construction is paying attention to the related stakeholders,to promote the continuous improvement of school's soft power and development of characteristic and personality,to improve the standardization and scientification about the construction system of compulsory schools.This thesis explores the idea of constructing the social responsibility standard for the compulsory schools and analyzes the problems and challenges to confront the IS026000.According to the research,the social responsibility standard integrated the compulsory education school in the standardized construction is the expansion of"hard" standard to "soft" standard.The construction of social responsibility standards in compulsory education schools further deepens the definition of social responsibility and promotes the diversified development of social responsibility undertakings from enterprises to schools.However,how to distinguish the different understandings between schools and enterprises for the standards of social responsibility?how to find the practical operations are all the problems which compulsory education schools are facing.
