A Probe Into The Supplementary Vocational Education In Russia

The society needs urgently the persistent renewal of knowledge and sustained effective learning for the coming of the era of knowledge economy. People realize that everyone must learn knowledge all-through one's life, and life-long education becomes the basic requirement of new economy to educational field. At that background, the educational training becomes the focus of people's attention and it develops vigorously all over the world to satisfy people's hopes and requirements of life-long learning in the era of knowledge explosion. Meanwhile, it promotes the rapid development of the society of information.Russia has always been taking the development of supplementary vocational education seriously. Under the new situation, Russia has begun a new integration to its original vocational training system, which is generally called the supplementary vocational education. That reform in Russia has its own deep-seated reasons inevitably. The thesis consists of five parts to introduce and analyze the supplementary vocational education of Russia.The first part introduces what the supplementary vocational education is, mainly at the aspects of the meaning, the status quo of the development, the performance forms and contents in other countries, to make us understand the main contents of the supplementary vocational education in Russia.The second part introduces the background of the supplementary vocational education in Russia and clarifies the necessity of developing the supplementary vocational education.The third part introduces how the supplementary vocational education in Russia is implemented, including the system of management, the agencies of implementation, the ways of implementation. It's expected to help us understand thoroughly the supplementary vocational education in Russia through the introduction of those aspects.The fourth part analyzes what achievements the supplementary vocational education in Russia has made and what the problems which need urgently solutions are.The fifth part predicts the tendency of the development of the supplementary vocational education in Russia. On the basis of the current understanding of the supplementary vocational education in Russia, and with the relevant policies of the Russian Federation, predict the tendency of the future development of the supplementary vocational education in Russia.The thesis is expected to introduce the supplementary vocational education in Russia at present time, to analyze the achievements and the problems which need solutions urgently and to predict the tendency of it's development on the basis of the analysis of the reasons for the reform of the supplementary vocational education in Russia. It's also expected to provide some references to the reform of the vocational education in China.
