| Young people are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the work of cultivating socialist builders and successors,pointing out that if the young generation has ideals,skills and responsibilities,the country will have a future and the nation will have hope.The adolescent stage is the "jointed pregnancy period" of life,during which the mind is gradually sound,the thinking enters the most active state,and it needs to be carefully guided and cultivated.However,with the rapid changes in domestic and foreign forms and the profound changes in our society,youth value education is facing the penetration of politics,culture and values in Western countries,which is easy to cause problems such as accelerated ideological changes and gradually increasing ideological differences.How to activate social resources and integrate social forces,so as to form a broad synergy of youth value education,is an important issue of great concern to the Party and the state.As the characteristic social subject of values education for teenagers,Russian supplementary educational institutions for children have accumulated a lot of useful experience in the course of years of educational practice,forming a characteristic model of values education.This paper mainly studies the theoretical basis,main content,practical path,guarantee mechanism and other issues of value education in Russian children’s supplementary educational institutions,and seeks enlightenment and reference on the basis of rational consideration of its characteristics and existing problems,in order to provide practical enlightenment for the value education of young people in China,especially the extracurricular education and training,to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and to unite the social synergy of value education.This paper is divided into four chapters,and the specific research content is as follows:The first chapter addresses the premise of values education for young people in Russia.This paper explains the relevant concepts of values education in Russia,introduces the development of supplementary educational institutions for children in Russia from the dimensions of history and reality,explores the intrinsic relationship between supplementary educational institutions for children and values education,and analyzes the significance of values education in supplementary educational institutions for children.The second chapter mainly explores the theoretical basis and main content of youth value education in Russian supplementary educational institutions.Guided by Sukhomlinsky’s idea of "emotional education",Karakowsky and others’ theory of "systematic construction of moral education process",and Bondarevskaya theory of "cultural type and personality education",the values education of young people in Russian supplementary educational institutions for children carries out various value education activities,aiming to cultivate a national outlook with patriotism as the core,a cultural outlook with the enhancement of national cultural identity as the core,a civic outlook with the concept of social responsibility as the core,and a professional outlook with the cultivation of a sense of professional self-determination as the core.The third chapter focuses on cracking the practical path and guarantee mechanism for the development of youth value education by Russian children’s supplementary institutions.Russian children’s supplementary educational institutions attach importance to practical education,give full play to the resource advantages of local chronicles,promote cultural education,build a literary and artistic dialogue field,promote aesthetic education,rely on major festival commemorative activities to promote ritual education,carry out social volunteer service activities,and promote public welfare education.At the institutional level,the Russian government has developed and promulgated a directional guidance policy to provide guidance for children to supplement educational institutions;At the financial level,it is supported by the national finance to provide a strong financial guarantee;At the teacher level,establish a vocational access and post-service training mechanism to ensure that practitioners have professional knowledge and literacy.The forth chapter rationally examines the characteristics and shortcomings of values education carried out by supplementary educational institutions for children in Russia,and critically provides practical enlightenment for the value education of young people in China.The cultivation of values in Russian children’s supplementary educational institutions presents the following characteristics: the linkage of educational subjects,the experience of educational activities and the implicit nature of the educational process.In guiding young people to establish correct and positive values,Russian supplementary educational institutions for children have achieved remarkable results,but there are also shortcomings,mainly including: the vacancy of special guidance policies leads to unspecific value education measures,the difference between urban and rural education resources leads to uneven results in value cultivation,and the lack of supervision and feedback mechanism leads to difficulty in evaluating the effectiveness of value cultivation.Finally,based on the current reality of youth value education and out-of-school education and training reform in China,reasonable suggestions are put forward,and it is necessary to improve the policy system for the development of out-of-school education and guide the high-quality development of off-campus education.Give play to the integration of off-campus educational resources and form a substantial social education synergy;Develop bridging education practice projects inside and outside the school to open up a cooperative path for collaborative
