To explore the immune health management system and the countermeasures towards changes of some immune indicators happened on 10,000 m athletes after high-intensity training in College of Jilin Province,Research targets and methods: to take eight 10,000 m athletes in Colleges of Jilin Province as research targets and the research adopt U.S. COULTERJT Automatic blood cell technology device and Aray360system analysis instrument from Columbian Backman company to determinate blood immune cells, white blood cell, lymphocyte, the cell neutral reap, and single nuclear-huge lick up cell as well as immune globulin IgA, IgD, IgM, alexia C3, C4.The survey shows that high-intensity training is susceptible to catch cold, and the number of 10000 m athletes who suffer from upper respiratory tract infection has increased. After high-intensity training, the total number of exterior leucocyte blood cell notably decrease to(p<0.05).Three hours after training, the number returns down back to the original level as before. Single cell gets to a noticeable higher level immediately compared with the previous one before training (P<0.05). Three hours later, the number goes down and close to the former level, but no significant difference.The number of lymphocyte is going up immediately after intensity training (P<0.05), after three hours, the number goes down and restored lower than the former level, but this result has no significant meaning in statistics. Neutral cells after intensity training is going down significantly (P<0.01) After three hours exercise, neutral cells are restored to nearly half. To compare these two numbers of immune globulin serum IgG, IgM before and after intensity movement, the declination can be observed. There is a trend that the number is going down, IgA indicators significant differences (P<0.05), a slight decline for the rest of the indicators but no significant differences (P>0.05). After three hours training, the number returns back close to the level of former training. Intensity training can make C3 raised slightly, but no significant changes in the nature.. The number can restore to the formal level in three hours with no changes on C4.Conclusion: The body immunity of 10,000 m athletes after high-intensity training in College gets a certain amount of damage and destruction. The damage results in a transient phenomenon of lower immune function. The athletes are then at risk of cold and upper respiratory tract infection and other diseases. Immunity indicators can be used as one of the health management evaluation systems of long-distance runners.
