In this study, women's team to participate in 2009 Shanghai Sanda Eleventh National Games athletes prepare for training will focus on the study, observation during training athletes preparing for hemoglobin, red blood cells, red blood cell distribution width coefficient of variation, hematocrit, blood urea nitrogen, muscle kinase, testosterone, cortisol, immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, IgM) and other indicators of changes in characteristics and regularity, and the use of heart rate, blood lactate training sessions as assessed by indicators, exchange games and part of the National Games competitions and stages of exercise intensity specific effects of physical training. Want to conclude that women's Sanshou athletes prepare for major events during the preparation for the changes in physiological and biochemical characteristics and laws, in order to further improve the scientific training in women's Sanshou project to provide reference.At different stages of preparation for training, through regular blood collection, testing, hemoglobin, red blood cells, red blood cell distribution width coefficient of variation, hematocrit, blood urea nitrogen, creatine kinase, testosterone, cortisol, immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, IgM) and other indicators; to pass the test 15s whip legs and 2min x 2 (groups break 1min) after exercise, changes in heart rate and blood lactate assessment of athletes, special physical training effects; to pass the test key lessons, the exchange of game after the game and part of the National Games the changes in blood lactic acid to assess the exercise intensity. Statistical analysis of test results, draw the corresponding conclusions.conclusions:1. Selection of red blood cell (RBC, HCT RDW,-CV and Hb) index, BUN, CK, T, C, T/C, IgG, IgM, IgA,and WBC index, Shanghai women sanda athlete physical function key state monitoring is reasonable, to protect the health and effectively for athletes training and competition task completion played better effect.2. Hb is sensitive to load strength, When RDW-CV reached or exceed 14.5, usually with RBC, HCT or Hb down, this is the athlete iron reserves decline or has appeared iron-deficiency anaemia.3. CK and BUN is sensitive to women sanda players training load strength and load changes, the women sanda players'highest BUN is 6.8 mmol/l, showing the characteristics of low, CK individual differences;4. Testosterone is sensitive to reflect the function of athletes and adaptation to the training load.The smaller exercise is the main reason for cortisol increased, big strength training will also cause a significant rise in cortisol;T/C index reflects women sanda athletes in the physical condition is not high sensitivity.5. Before the serious diseases and excessive training, the immune index is not sensitive to reflects the state and training stimulation, but immune index is not sensitive to other index, so we cannot replacing other physiological and biochemical indexes to evaluate the the immune function of athletes.6. Using 15s round house kick and 2min x2 (lmin rest) hit sandbags movement way to evaluate training effect is feasible; Big load big strength training can not improve the ability of the ATP system powering; The fatigue accumulating status of athletes is bad for anaerobic glycolysis level; HR is limitation to show intensity and training effect, the monitoring blood lactic acid can more accurately assess athletic intensity and the training effect.7. On the key lessons, the last two groups can not match the required strength, exchange of athletic intensity can meet the requirements of the real strength. Suggestions:1 In order to accurately grasp athlete function, prevent excessive training, suffest to monitor physiological and biochemical indexes of athletes regularly, including immune monitoring index is measured, not be replaced by other indexes, suggest to use the WBC and IgG, IgM, IgA combined.2 In order to obtain good effect of special physical ability training, advise by 10-15s way of exercise training to improve ATP system ability; use 30-90s utmost effort movement way to improve glycolysis system ablity.3 In order to get better effect of strength training, we should avoid the big load and strength of the arrangement of training before strength training, the number of groups of strength training, unfavorable and overmuch, advised not exceed six groups, if the strength training lesson is more than 8 group total group, suggest to divide it into 2-3 big group training, and extend the rest between the larger group.4 On conditions allowed,suggeste to arrange more practical and communication training, from energy metabolism point of view, this helps athletes to fit the fierce competition sport intensity.
