In recent years, with the deep of the revolution in higher education reform, quality-oriented education becomes comprehensive advancement, in the university under carrying out"Healthy First"the guiding principle and the raising of lifelong physical culture's instruction, the connotation of the education of the education and learning has had the profound change.The traditional policy for education is turning to respect for the students, and advocating that PE teaching should pay great attention to the students'individuality development, advocated that the education needs to pays great attention to the raising of the students'comprehensive quality, therefore, the PE teaching is facing the huge challenge, the form of class teaching seems not to be enough. It is required to match the diversity of the goal of the PE teaching that there should be more forms of the teaching organization. The PE workers are interested in the research of group teaching.In the case of the volleyball elective course, this article has carried on the theoretical analysis and the use of the hetergeneon group teaching in it. The hetergeneons group teaching, take cooperation as an example, and considerate to both the suit teaching to the aptitude of the student and collective education ,manifested the individualizing education fully, displayed each student's potential fully, trained the student to cooperate, communicate, compete and so on the modern sense, formed the healthy psychology, the good emotion manner and social adaptional ability.This article mainly uses the literature material, the investigating questionnaire, the expert interview, the data statistics, the teaching experience and the logical analysis.This article mainly uses the literature material, by collecting data, interviewing the experts, analyzing the statistics and making teaching experiment, two classes of the Jilin Beihua university 2006 level of undergraduate student as the object of study, carries on the teaching experiment which lasted 36 courses in one semester. Surveying in the volleyball elective class's teaching at the same time, contrasting the heterogeon group teaching with the common class teaching, through the physical quality of the experimental class and the comparison class, the result of the volleyball technology and theory to analyse and discover that the experimental class's, and has obvious difference. At the same time, we investigate the condition of the students'PE knowledge, farmiliarity to common sense, the activating to practice volleyball, the communication with others and interative help and learning. Through the teaching experiment to prove that heterogeon is the most effective teaching method to the university volleyball elective course and also can provide the beneficial reference for the teaching of other specialities teaching.
