Since the 21st century, China has been implementing the eighth fundamental education curriculum reform. It aimed at changing the modes of study among the students, emphasizing independent study and exploring study, training the students to be learning oriented and innovative people who are adapted to the needs of times. Comparing with the previous education reform, the new curriculums pay more attention and call for good all-round education. Namely, it emphasizes cultivating the students' emotion,attitude and value system, fostering their knowledge and skills, training their learning methods. But we meet numerous obstacles during the reform. It's difficult to change the examination-oriented education system, sequentially to change the mode of students cultivating. So implementing the new curriculum idea in teaching process become the widespread attention focus.Research shows that the improvement of the teaching mode and study methods are all connected with Learning Evaluation closely, which has important diagnosis, feedback and promoted function in course of education and teaching .Therefore, the paper believe that we should evaluate the Biology study in high school with pertinence. Compelling the teacher,students and study to change to adapt to the request of the times by the pressure comes from the change of evaluation mode. We hope all above will promote the successful implementation of the fundamental education curriculum reform.This paper mainly discuss the study evaluation and the students' learning process. Through exploring and discussing the background and objective of curriculum reform, and the theory of learning evaluation, we first define the connotation of biology learning evaluation, understand the content,method and the value of biology learning evaluation; second, we discuss the study theory, and describe the improvement for biology learning evaluation from the learning evaluation.Then, the paper mainly analyze the methodology of biology learning evaluation, such as the objectives,principles,standards,content and methods of learning evaluation, and on the basis of above it proposes the guard line system of biology learning evalution; last, it constructively establish the high school biology study evaluation scheme from both aspects-biology theory learning evaluation and biology experiment learning evaluation. In the evaluation scheme, it mainly and completely evaluates the content,process and methods,skill and multiple intelligences,Emotion,Attitude and Values of biology study. It also demonstrate the scientific nature and feasibility of biology learning evaluation through lots of cases and their analyses. At the end of the paper, it briefly state the attention items. We hope completely transform the teachers' teaching methods and the students' learning methods to reach the aim of biology course reform and the goal of all-round people education through the implementation of biology learning evaluation.
