Currently the recruiting scale of college is expanding continually, and the number of college graduate is increasing, too. The more surplus labor force is, the less job opportunities are, which makes college graduates face increasingly difficult challenges to obtain employment, especially graduates from regional colleges. From the aspect of employment rate and quality, local universities are not as good as provincial universities, and show the trend of decreasing employment rate. About this, regional college students' views are complex comparatively, deeming the reasons on this are manifold, an important one of which is the loss of employment equality.Based on a comprehensive analysis, the reasons are as follows, which affect the justice of employment of college students. Firstly, the persistent expansion of recruiting scale of college and irrationality of cultivation mode lead to more graduates cultivated yet not favored by the society. Secondly, their different family backgrounds also tend to make their employment unfair. Moreover, the values of the regional college students drop behind comparatively, which hinders their employment. Thirdly, our country, our society and the employing units are lacking in effective actions of impartial employment. There are other elements, which affect impartial employment, such as the prejudices against regional college students from many employees, the negative effect of "government official" , the lack of law system and social equality.Because of these reasons, how to take actual and effective steps to facilitate employment equality has become an urgent affair. Firstly, regional colleges should actively create most job opportunities for their graduates. For example, they must take control of the recruiting scale, optimize the personal training mode, urge graduates to improve their capabilities of employment competition, actively open up employment bases for their graduates. From the aspect of regional college students, they must set up proper employment values, and use their own qualities and abilities to compete with others fairly. Thirdly, from the aspect of society and employing units, they must set up a just employment system in such ways as prompting the fair education to come true, positively creating a fair-and-square employment environment, striving to build a new employment mode in which students graduate separately, building security mechanism for the employment equity of regional college graduates.Only when regional college, graduates themselves, the country, the society and the employing units make concerted efforts and take effective measures is it possible to facilitate employment equality of regional graduates and help them successfully find their jobs.
